CorporateWA

Your company closes the books every month. When does the health of the people who decide get closed?

CorporateWA: continuous executive health management, with data for HR and care for the executive.

Provocations for HR

You measure climate, turnover, engagement, and absenteeism. NR-1 (Brazil's occupational health and safety regulation) now requires psychosocial risks to be on the map. And the physical and mental health of the people who carry the company's decisions is still an annual checkup.

An executive on leave costs more than any benefit. An executive performing sustains everyone else.

The cost nobody budgets for

  • 546,000leaves of absence for anxiety and depression in 2025, an all-time record
  • +79%in leaves for mental disorders in two years
  • +493%in leaves for burnout between 2021 and 2024
  • 213%of annual salary to replace an executive

At the top, it isn't a leave of absence. It's unplanned succession.

What it is

A bimonthly close on the health of those who lead. An annual program per executive with 5 in-person visits to WA, 15 types of tests and assessments, medical and nutrition consultations with lab work collected at home beforehand and results on the table, and 365 days of remote follow-up through wearables, glucose sensor, WAnda, and Concierge WA.

It is not a bundle of appointments. It is health management.

WA Longevity Score: the leadership metric

All follow-up consolidates into one number per executive: the 10 key longevity tests cross-referenced with genetics, classified into tiers (Elite, High performance, Developing, Attention), with a history at every bimonthly close. It is the indicator the executive tracks on their phone and HR tracks by code.

Two dashboards

  • The executive

sees their own journey at dash.wahealthclub.com: Score, 10 classified KPIs, history, reports, and direct contact with the WA team.

  • HR

sees headcount, trend, and adherence by code, without opening anyone's medical record. WA decides the route changes; HR follows the change of direction in the charts. A documented bimonthly close: the evidence of leadership health management that the PGR (risk management program) now asks for.

Fictional data.

NR-1 now asks about the health of those who lead

Psychosocial risks have entered the PGR and, since September 2026, inspections carry fines. The regulation requires continuous, documented management, with direct involvement of senior leadership (MTE Ordinance 1,419/2024).

CorporateWA is not NR-1 compliance. It is the leadership layer of your PGR: objective data every two months, by code, under medical confidentiality.

How contracting works

Every company is a case of its own. The proposal comes out of a diagnostic call with HR leadership.
